All meals must be requested and paid for in advance
 ~ Perfect for Guests staying in the cabins with woodstoves ~

Hearty steak stew for four - $40.00

Enjoy our own Seventy-four Ranch beef, from grass-fed cows – no preservatives or additives.  We prepare a hearty cowboy stew, complete with all your favorites - onions, carrots, potatoes and spices – in a cast-iron dutch oven ready to be put on the woodstove.  Includes biscuits and apple cobbler – all in pans ready to heat up when you want.

Cowboy Breakfast - $10.00 per prson

These meals can be substituted for breakfast in the Dining Room or served as a lunch or dinner option.  Choose from these delicious favorites, all prepared in cast-iron skillets for you to heat and serve on your cabin's wood stove:

• Ham and Cheese Egg Bake
• French Toast with Sausage or Bacon
• Western Omelets
• Hot Oatmeal and Muffins

Meals available in the Butler-Cape House

Serve Yourself Sandwiches - $10.00 per person

• Ham and Cheese pannini with fruit and chips
• Turkey Club with fruit and chips

Snacks and Treats - $15.00 per pan

• Apple or Cherry Cobbler served with whipped cream
• Walnut Banana Bread
• Baked Apples with nuts, brown sugar and honey
