YOUR DOGS ARE WELCOME AND STAY FREE OF CHARGE
We
are big animal lovers at Seventy-Four Ranch and we know guests don't want
to leave their four-legged family members behind. All well behaved pets
are allowed to be guests at the ranch. (Please bring proof of current rabies vaccinations.)
All our rooms are dog friendly - so your pet can sleep in your room with you. We ask that you please do not allow pets to sleep on the beds. There is no extra charge for bringing your dog, and dog food is not supplied.
The
Butler-Cape House and the Western Village cabins sit within a fenced three
acres. Our fencing is made of rustic wood covered with small mesh - and
even our small, active jack russells have not been able to get out of it.
So feel free to let your dog run around and have lots of fun. You can relax and rest assured that they will be safe from traffic inside the fence and and cannot get lost.
Our
gates all have pet-proof safety locks on them - and we ask that all guests
carefully close these locks every time they use the gates.
When you come to the ranch for the first time with your pet, please call us ahead of time and let us know your estimated arrival time. This will give us time to bring in some of our dogs so that your dog can have a chance to get to know the Ranch before meeting all our resident dogs.
Guest
dogs have a grand time running and playing and meeting horses and cows for
the first time. Pet lovers have a better time with their animal companions
by their sides. Everyone appreciates the savings in kennel costs these days,
and our dogs want to be included in travel fun with the family.
